The Project timeline

What happens during and after your 8 weeks.

Weeks 1–8: active. Build, send, collect and report.
Week 7: a reminder. A notice in your account and an email, with the option to extend (8 more weeks for $9.99).
After week 8: collection stops. Survey links close, no more answers are accepted and no more invitations or reminders are sent.
Then: archived for 12 months. Your results are kept safe but closed. Until the archive ends you can reopen them for viewing (8 weeks for $9.99) or keep them archived longer ($9.99 a year). We email you 30 days and 7 days before the archive ends.
When the archive ends: the Project’s surveys, responses, participant details and files may be permanently deleted from that day on. We keep a record of what you bought.
