ALPS Ibex Project
Questions

Answers before you start.

What is a Project?

One survey effort: you build a survey, invite a group of people, collect their responses and report the results. A Project runs for 8 weeks from the day you buy it, and it is priced once — nothing renews.

How do I choose a package?

By the number of people you will survey. Every package includes the survey builder, invitations and reminders, dashboards and exports. See the packages.

What if I need to survey more people?

Add extra survey recipients at checkout — individually or in packs, which cost less per person.

What happens after 8 weeks?

You get a reminder in week 7. You can extend by 8 weeks for $9.99. Otherwise collection stops: survey links close and no more answers are accepted. Then the Project is archived for 12 months: your results are kept but closed, and you can reopen them for viewing (8 weeks for $9.99). When the archive ends, the Project’s data may be permanently deleted; we email you 30 days and 7 days before. The full timeline.

Can I download my results before they are deleted?

Yes. Export your responses and reports any time while the Project is active or reopened for viewing. Once the archive has ended they may be deleted and cannot be recovered.

How do I pay?

By card or by bank transfer (ACH), at checkout, through Stripe. ALPS Insights never sees or stores your card number.

What does “test mode” mean?

During the Beta, checkout runs in test mode: nothing is charged, and no real card details are needed. Accounts created now are Beta accounts.

Do you accept discount codes?

Yes — enter it at checkout. When we run an offer, it is applied automatically and shown at the top of the pricing page.

Can the surveys and reports carry my brand?

Yes. Co-branding adds your logo to the Project’s surveys and reports; premium co-branding, for consultants, adds two — yours and your client’s. The “Powered by ALPS IBEX” mark remains.

Who can see my survey results?

You and the people you give access to. ALPS Insights does not sell your data or use advertising or tracking tools. Read the Privacy Policy and the Terms & Conditions.

Who is behind ALPS Ibex Project?

ALPS Insights, of Raleigh, North Carolina, which builds ALPS IBEX — the survey, evaluation and analytics platform this runs on.
